I need help please in finding a tool that can extract phone numbers from accounts (fans of pages or groups members)

You can't extract phone number if they don't share it.

Yes, if the phone number is set to public then you can extract it.

There is a Thread here in Misc section where a person offers this as service.

Maybe you could try it out

I know how to get emails and phone numbers, but not only for Facebook but many networks.

You can extract both phone number and email using a tool called OSIF, as long as you have the person you want added in friends and a linux terminal
