According to what I've learned recently this is the method. You must be at least a manager level or admin of all the pages you hope to merge together. The pages that are eligible to be merged must represent the same things and be similar in content. The name of the pages must also be similar for them to be eligible.

To merge you Facebook accounts with two different name
first you need to change the address of the page you want to merge to a valid address keep i mind address should be same for both account which are you want to change..then you have to change the ip address to an US ip... to change your ip you can use Firefox extension...after changing the ip address just login to your account again..then go to the link http://www.facebook.com/help/contact/476570305747577
now in the opened form you can merge upto 5 pages..
