Use YouTube as it is a free alternative. I generally use Bitly to mask my ClickBank URL and it does the job well. However it is better to simply get a landing page and capture the emails of the users so that you can promote more products to them.
Think of an email list as a bath plug and the traffic as the water running. If you switch on the tap without a bath plug, it goes down the drain. You may get some sales but that's the last that you've seen the water. If you put the bath plug in (email list) you'll capture the water (traffic) and be able to use them for long term success.
