Ok - bit of an odd one that I thought I would throw out here to see if the bot I am making is worth splitting and selling one part on its own.
I have made something that will scrape Facebook albums and download to a folder of your choice - you just give it a link to an album, where you want it saved and then hit go.

Anyone think this is worth selling and for what price do you think?

I do have an image scraper bot already that does a few sites, so I could put it in that but I think it may be better on its own.

    What do you guys think?

BTW, this is not a sales thread, just want ideas of whether I should sell this part on its own or not, the bot is still in testing :)

dump browser based scraping structure, and make it multi-threaded, then you are good to go for higher price.

There's already a scraper that scrapes all the images posted by a page. I don't think it can do it on the basis of album though. I think your tool is useful, but not enough to be sold separately. Honestly, I have seen very few people and pages who've segregated their photos into albums.

Multithreaded seems to get detected and the downloads tend to go a bit wonky. Single threaded works everytime without a problem. As for the browser stuff, I prefer doing it that way as it looks less automated.

I thought that if you uploaded a photo it just stuck it in a default album anyway.

Thanks for the posts though chaps, things for me to think about.
