Facebook CPC

I been using FB ads and making money but I been breaking out even with profit. What I sell is a low ticket price. What would be the best way to promote FB ads with products that are cheap in cost.

You need a crazy high CTR man.. It's the only way to get your CPCs down. Broad targeting with high CTRs will give you a shit ton of traffic for pennies per click.

Any examples of broad targeting? I have my audience 18-65... maybe I should do like 18-30? Instead of US, Canada, UK... I should just do US? I spent $366 and earned $276 in 7 days... down in the whole

I had the same problem when I was advertising mobile applications.
One app cost $3. My income of $2 if purchased, but Facebook offers me to pay $ 1 per click. This is madness.

No, nothing else. I was disappointed in the possibilities of promoting mobile applications via advertising.

Weird... Mobile is the future IMO

You should let FB optimize your ad after 5 days so CPC goes down ..

Why not create a fan page then boost it with fb ads. I use it and i get nice response.

I post comments and likes from my dummy accounts and you are ready to go with awesome result. Good luck

Do you sell tickets from your own website? If so, use Facebook objective "Website Conversion". Install Base Pixel and fire it to all your pages. Install conversion pixel to wherever your conversion happen. Say for example your Thank You Page or use event trigger if conversion happen using an event. Use Google Tag Manager for easy implementation. Run your ads 2-3 days (depends on the nature of the account, how fast it gathers data) bid automatically, choose optimize for conversion. In 3 days, you'll have data to see where to optimize.

Where to look when doing optimization:

Age & Gender - check what age usually buy tickets, check Cost Per Conversion.
Placement - Do most of the conversions happened using mobile devices? desktop?
Hour of the day - What time do your customers buy tickets? What time do you get low cost per conversion?
Ads - If you are running 2-3 ads, check if what ad is being click, has low Cost per conversion, good reach, high relevance score

Run / optimize your campaign using the data that you gather. I don't check on my CPC often. I usually check on my CPA.

CTR can get you cheaper clicks.

But cheap CPC = low quality traffic for which no one is bidding.

Do not offer such bad advise to people, focusing on cheap CPC is not worth it.

Bot traffic is the cheapest!

Implement facebook pixel and let them auto optimize your ads, you might get expensive clicks but you'll get higher conversion rates.

In short, you'll make more money per click even if you pay more per click!

LOL... This retard thinks CTR doesn't matter. Obviously if it's completely irrelevant to the ad, it doesn't matter...

Otherwise anyone who has ran a single campaign knows CTR can make or break your campaign...
