That is pretty much easier than you may think. Create a FB page. Go to FB business manager. Choose any of the conversion options. Add pixel code (only first time) to your website or app. Then you can promote whatever you want while choosing conversion as your goal and get conversions from that.

FB is kind of hard with Nutra and MMO offers however if you do it well then you can succeed.
You can try running some BizOpp related where users are asked to enter some steps like 2-3 steps and offer needs to be genuine. like some Resume offers.
Such offers convert very well just make sure you are using good creatives and stuff.
