Facebook comment aren't appeared

I had made a comment yesterday at 20:20(GMT+1). Someone else had generated a file from fb business at 21:00(GMT+1) which contains all comments on that post but he told me that can't find comment on generated file.

How this can be possible?

not exactly sure, thats seems odd though.

for sure they detect you as spammer , you have your accounts pva?
Did you use a fresh account of facebook?
