Facebook colaboration proposal on Romanian market

I need to run facebook ads campaigns on romanian market, and for that i need real and verified accounts that can be credited. I propose a colaboration and not buying accounts to avoid any issues for both sides. I pay 10% from the ammount spent on fb ads. If I spend 100 $/day in a campaign, the commision will be 10$.
