Did you heard the news regarding Facebook plans in buying Drones to use as the internet aggregator for the rest of the people in the world without access in the Internet. It has almost the same idea as the Google's loon project which they will be using balloons to give internet to everyone.

What is your reaction about this? Can this innovations help us internet Marketers to have more traffic and generate more sales? Will this be beneficial to all? Please share your thoughts.

Will that be that simple? I am sure there is a hidden agenda behind it. I'm just thinking if this step will generally help us in the filed of industry that we have-Internet Marketing. Will this open a new opportunity for us or not?

with the type of news surrounding the term https://www.google.co.in/?gfe_rd=cr&ei=IZcdU62DG6bO8geT14GwDw#q=surveillance popping up everywhere, questions raised on privacy, i am half believing Deus Ex to be a reality some day as far as technology is concerned

So instead of focusing on developing countries they should worry about whether or not the Idaho potato farmers have fast Internet.

Yes arshan01 that's what I am thinking also. Privacy is in question now as these are "drones". And you know we have a bad connotation regarding drones. I am also thinking what would they do on a 32kg payload. If it just carries things to spread the internet connection, is 32kg not normal? I mean they can put a lot in there.

Yeah they should just take on the massive liability of housing and feeding potato farmers in developing countries. *rolls eyes*

The big question here is the real agenda behind that project. We can say it is purely for the humanity but you can't make the humanity just as is without using the humanity to earn and dig some more.
