Hello guys, recently I published 2 apps on google play where one was accepted by FAN and the second one is not. So my questions is it safe to use ads ids from the app which was accepted for the app which is not? Maybe someone had such experience

Even if you did that it won't show ads on the rejected app. When an app ( package name ) is accepted, its ads id will work only on it.

As Amine Ch said, the ads are "bound" to a specific package name, so No, you can't.

And i was wondering if u guys can help me with this:
I have a Google play console with my real address: Morocco, which doesn't support merchant account registration.
But i need to add IAP, without going the RDP road!
Is there anything else i can do to get those IAP in my apps, legally? (I have a Payoneer & local bank accts)

Wow consider yourself lucky , because it became impossible to comply to FAN requirements to get approved .

I've more then 100 apps approved by FAN but it was in 2017 when I apply .

And about Ids and other apps ... the worst thing can happen is to block that ID ad

Hey bro, u can only use the following : dedicated proxy, paid vpn, rdp, and no you can't create one in Morocco unfortunately

With me my apps are approved.
The moment I start sending traffic they block them
I apply to the violation to be removed
I am still waiting for more than 2 month...
