Facebook advertising - Worth it ????

some great information, might have to just try it once and see what happes

Freebies and discounts can get monetized in facebook if redirected outside the page. Groupon is actually taking advantage of this. But it's also possible for FB Fanpage owners to monetize using a built in Paypal shop in their accounts. I have one in an FB Fanpage I manage. Online job offers are also a great way to utilize facebook ads. I have an FB Fanpage that's been getting regular affiliates for online jobs (most are users from India and China). But I am yet too earn "big time" from all these fanpages, probably due to the fact that I can only devote little time to my online activities because of current offline businesses that I manage. I'm sure BHers that can devote their full time can monetize and monetize big. The odds are in the favour of the knowledgeable BHers. Just look at the FB population. If you can't monetize from that amount of a captured audience and your a full fledged BHer then all hope is lost for the rest of us. LOL. Hope this helps. :-)

People already became banner ad blind in FB. Still you can get some like from sponsored story. But I can guarantee you, its simply waste of money.

People are still making bank with facebook ads. Since so many people have given up, it's getting easier for people who do it right.

FB is the best marketing tool, if you know how to use it.

A couple of tips:
- Run campaigns on cpc and cpm then compare which one is cheaper, then switch.
- You can now add conversion codes and actually tell facebook that you CTA for a like is... You will need to dig a little deeper in their developer guidelines to get the full results
- Run competitions that attract shares and like. If you invite 3 friends, you get free t-shirt, ebook, etc.. These will get you 3 people for 1 click if the contest is cool, so you are actually dividing our CPC by 3. Makes facebook soo cheap.
- Use their targeting to the fullest extent making sure your audience is set to the correct targets.
- Test different target sets to figure out the best target groups then pause all other LOSERS
- Exclude users who already like your page, campaigns, etc.. (whatever your goal is)
- Don't use same credit card on the multiple facebook ad ACCOUNTs (they think they are the bank and will ban you)
- USE question marks in the ad title. This will increase CTR. Ex: Do you like weed?
- Make sure you have conversion tracking if you are sending to external sites. This will help you measure the true performance and effectiveness of campaigns.
- Keep checking the bids option, because they update their bids quite frequently. If you ever decrease your bids and still get the same reach, then facebook is taking a premium! - which is not cool

For contests, etc.. the best tool, which last I used was free is called: Woobox

In my experience, the best converting ad type for likes, is the sponsored story ad type, however that was for electronics niche.

Facebook is pretty cheap if you do it right. I had over 300% roi on the second day of a campaign earlier this week. On a side note, if anyone is selling/knows where to buy facebook accounts pm me with your inventory. They DONT need to be 250/day. Also I need to know the geographic location of the ip they were made from.

Harvest custom audience and use power editor tool and you will get much better ROI .

I have a facebook page with 141.000 followers and is still growing.
I dont know what advertise i need to use to make money with my account

Did anyone knows good ads for facebook. I have a big page and want to give it a try

I was used to advertise with coupons on facebook products from clickbank.
Sometimes I had very low success and sometimes big profit in just one day.

it is mostly depending on what you will advertise and what target group you will select

Fedup can I use your facebook poster off fiverr please?
Please let me know what to search on fiverr to hire you. Thank you.

To hell with facebook ppc pages, the best way to sell on facebook is by groups, that is how i do it and its starting to pay off for me, but i have a little secret to my success on fb so far, for starters most people think making multiple facebook accounts and using proxies to hide and rotate them is the way to go, for starters that's to time consuming changing from account to account and spamming ads.

I have over 3000 groups on just one fb account and its growing with well over 55 million members to spam too now, the groups i target is (post link here, advertise here, spam affiliate here), all those kind of groups are best to spam on mainly because they allow it and these are the folks that actually buy from you specially when you advertise products like "how to make money on facebook and how to become an amazon success story" etc etc, those kind of ads/products convert..

I use a special facebook wall poster that has a scheduler built in so it posts to all walls like "group walls", "friend pages" all on autopilot, i just set it and forget it so i can concentrate on my SEO efforts and every now and then i go back to the poster to see how many clicks i got today, click rates, walls it has posted to today ..it posts to every single wall even if you have 3000 groups like i do, it does it slowly so that you do not get banned for posting to fast ...you can set up atleast 10 Ads/10 different products a day to promote on there with it ..it will post your ads every 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 45, 60 minutes ..it depends what you set it to

i also sell my 3000 facebook groups list and facebook wall poster on fiverr and seoclerk as an extra income

i am starting to master facebook because i studied it, learned what products to sell which actually convert, the proper tools to use to advertise on facebook

forget fb ppc crap, group wall advertising is the ticket guys

youtube is my next conquest, i hear its alot harder to advertise on, but i enjoy a good challenge =;0)

What is the poster you use?
