Recently (since 2 days) I am facing an issue with my ads - active but not running. I am using a pre-paid billing, I have ~500$ on my ad account right now, and it's set to bill daily. However - 2 days ago the date on my billing page changed to 11 of December (it's 21 of November though..) and it's not billing at all, I can't run ads etc. I tried sending lots of requests and bug reports to facebook - without any response.
Did any of you face it, how did you solve it?
