Facebook ads question (how not to get banned)

I wanted to try using FB ads for a test to see what's up, but failed as can't pay with PayPal since the payment processing page doesn't load up (lol). I use proxy, it's fine everywhere else. Does anybody else had this problem?

Also, here are 3 questions that bother me:
1) My account phone number is from country A
2) My proxy is from country B
3) My PayPal acc is from country C

Can I get banned when my ad will be reviewed? (If I somehow will be able to process the payment).

How not getting banned? Don’t break FB Policies!

Can I ask why you are hiding your Identity?

Follow their terms and conditions. Other than that, some accounts get auto banned sometimes without any violation. A simple appeal will get you your account back.

@OP, sorry I don't have any answers for you but I have a question, if you don't mind enlightning me. I see a lot of people trying to get around the Facebook rules and cloaking for ads. I always wondered what was the purpose behind it. I mean, I get that it's greyhat or blackhat but what is the purpose of those ads? CPA offers?

Ive been advertising in Facebook for 4 years, and have seen so many changes. While I dont have any experience in using your "methods", I can say for certain that using a proxy for payment will raise some red flags and might DEACTIVATE your ad account.
I have a page in which I used my cousin's credit card (with her permission of course), but my account got deactivated. I appealed but never got my ad account back up.

What's an ad account? I've heard of that before, but never really used.

It's not greayhat or blackhat it's just my FB page is made with this account.
