Facebook ads not working/down

I hve tried and tried again with several facebook accounts but i cannot open a facebook ads account no matter what i do. It keeps on telling me thy suspect fradulent activity and it sayss if it is a mistake contact fb an they told me to send my driver license. I did and it takes them a long time to respond and when they do it says thy believe it is fradulent activity. I even contacted my bank they said they didnt flag my card or nothing. I am put of ideas and i dont know what to do. Is there anyway some can make me one then take their cc off of it so i can put my own on it? Or if not does anyone have anybideas ir go through this before.

Most probably the name on your FB account might not be matching that on your credit card.

If your acc got banned once. Use CCleaner to clear all cookies and cache and preferably create a new account by creating a new user account in Windows.

make sure credit card is yourself.
