Hello, i'm in the process to launch a shopify store and i planing to use facebook ads to drive traffic to the store.

i have never used facebook or any other ads systems.

Look for ben malols facebook course, he has a shortened version on youtube, but you can get the full course online, if you know how to find that kinda stuff.

That should give you more than enough. Also if your gna be mainly doing facebook, go through the facebook sub forum on here, most of the shit i learnt bout facebook came from there.

Also have a look at the istack youtube chanel, just saw a video from a top dropshipper on thier chanel, i aint watched it but im sure it will benefit you as your doing dropshipping.

Beware youve gt a steep learning curve, you kinda have to make facebook your life in order to master it and find a kink in the algorithm that will benefit you.

Peace

Start with multiple low daily budget ($5/day/adset), when you spot a winneing adset close down those that's not woking. Dup the winner a few times and run the new adsets with bigger daily budget (like $10/day). Repeat the same and keep scaling.

Great news is Facebook ads are still affordable for now but that is changing. Good on you for taking the time to learn now. One of my favorite techniques over the years is to test an audience. Don't always zone right in on specific interests right off the bat. You will join thousands of others targeting the same specific audience unless you have a low competition niche. Keep it broad and see who is responding well. For example if men are responding better or a certain age or demographic that's converts better adjust your ad. Facebook's algorithm reads your ads anyways and shows it to the best audience they think. It might cost you less for a wider audience that hasn't been saturated with similar ads. Keep your budget low and be patient with trial and error. You will eventually get an ad that works and when you do.....gold mine. Run it till the sales stop. Patience.
