I am having the same problem but I can not appeal. Does anyone have any way to help me?
Make sure your ad copy does not contain words like promises of profit, growth or development to scam the community. Because our customers often encounter this situation. Even though the product is clean and the campaign is set up perfectly, not violating any Facebook policies. However, related keywords or suspicious signs related to gray hat products are flagged by Meta's AI.The Setup:
We were promoting a clients crypto wallet/tracking tool using soft, educational creatives. No token shilling, no “get rich” angles. The funnel had a clean landing page with privacy policy, TOS, disclaimers, etc.
What Happened:
Out of nowhere, the ad account was disabled. No rejected ads, verified BM, everything seemed compliant. The first appeal was auto-rejected (pretty standard these days).
What We Did:
Paused all running campaigns immediately.
Audited creatives—reworded anything that hinted at profit, gains, or financial outcomes.
Re-submitted the appeal with a clear explanation that the product was educational only, not offering financial services or crypto investments.
Also contacted Meta support via live chat through a secondary account with rep access.
Takeaways:
Even “safe” crypto angles can get flagged due to Meta's tight AI filters
Always include full legal info and avoid any aggressive or overpromising copy
Appeal from a professional domain + structured message = higher success rate
