Facebook account disabled for no reason

Recently I wanted to try a different marketing channel so I created a Facebook ads account. I made my campaigns and everything is ready but when I wake up the next day my account is disabled..
Tried to make an appeal but rejected, tried to contact them by email but no replies, tried to find any other contact methods but landed on their labyrinth type of shit "Help center " without any contact form..

For the Facebook experts out there my questions are :
  1. How can I recover my account ? (no appeals left)
  2. If not possible, how to make another one and make sure I am not banned on it instantly (technically speaking, IP etc..) ?

It is very difficult to start running Facebook ads. You can only use 1 personal account and create 2 business BMs. If you cannot verify it, you will not be able to use it.
 
Use an old account with a good spending history. Also use a proxy.
 
It's a new account, right? Create a new account with a clean slate.
 
You are using a new account, so it's very weak. You can use an account with a spending history, it will be better.
 
If you use new accounts, you will easily get banned due to their weakness. Try to use clean proxy and an old one with long spending history

I think you should find an agent and rent their account, and if your appeal fails, there is no way to appeal anymore.
 
You need to use clean proxies and avoid managing multiple accounts at the same time on one profile.
 
Are you using a personal or BM account? Usually using a BM account is better and the old account is better.

Use an account with a good spending history and use a cloaked link.
 
you can find Facebook ads account from agency, it's stronger than you create by yourself
 
Running Facebook ads for small advertisers is very hard now. They are banning the accounts because of no reason. They are saying that it is because they are fighting against spam from fraud sellers.
