OP, why do you need to build a custom bot whereby you can easily buy from the BST here. Honestly no downpayment is a big no go. I will never do a business without payment upfront or at least 30% deposit.

I think @redarrow is trying not to spoon feed OP. OP use the search or Google to find. There are ready made commercial that is already fulfilling your requirement. Again, don't waste time asking for any developer to build before payment. It won't happen.
 
I was reading this thread in general when I decided to login and comment here.

1) OP you might be rich and all the blah blah but you are new member.
2) Business never happens the way you say it happens. When you go to a store and pick a product. At the checkout you pay the PRICE FIRST and then checkout. Now that case if when you are offered already existing products at a store. But you want a custom product that requires oneself to invest time,money and what not all and then you are saying you will pay for the product when you taste it. Well that NEVER happens in any world or in any area. You need something? You pay the down payment even if you are rich, filthy or a troll (Not that I am calling you that, but just picking up categories)
3) You mentioned somewhere that the possibility of you running away with the product is 0 and that you guarantee that. Well then why don't you pay 1000$ upfront to another NEWBIE and wait for the product to get completed. Now it scares you right that he will run away with your money? But he can GUARANTEE that by words too!
4) Coming to the point! No one will build you that bot for 1K$. We (Referring to all YouTube experts on BHW) YouTube people sell ONLY methods that starts from range 3500$ Minimum because YouTube is what it has become with every upcoming update so building a BOT with that method. Nah!
5) You have 2 options - a) I have seen sellers who have great panels here or even outside BHW. "Save" your time by contacting them.
b) Use fiverr , upwork Etc which people suggested already which actually suffices your 'rules' of business.

A lot of experts here giving advice about how you can get the tool that you want. You have to understand that you're dealing with an arms race making a tool to exploit google youtube. So for sure you'll have to pay any kind of maintenance fee of the tool. The time needed to create a 100% bulletproof tool its not reasonable for the terms you're asking, i suggest you try an escrow service to pay for each feature of the bot fully functional.

People can work without upfront payment but for this amount of work its a huge gamble for the programmer. Good Luck.

And I also think $1000 is so not enough for this kind of projects, a front money is necessary for this kind of customized work. For the benefits of both party.
No experienced expert will do this. It most likely OP will find someone wasting his precious time this way...

@Mods Am asking myself why you let people bash OP for making an offer on the freelancer sub forum.The price is low if you need to build it from scratch however there are always people from time to time which need a quick buck and are selling high class tools no matter of the price diffrence.

OP made an offer he is willing to pay POINT.He wrote HIS TERMS and nobody is forced to accept them.And now all the noob losers are going to bash his offer even more than 50% have no clue how a yt view bot works as you can read and the other part posting some shit and forcing OP to change his own TERMS to their terms even they have horseshit they can offer him.Here is 1 maybe 2 guys who have such a bot and if they are unwilling to accept his offer just GTFO and leave him alone.

NOW WHAT IS HAPPING HERE IS BUSINESS PROTECTION by a few .................. who are protecting their milking cow and bashing anybody even making such an offer.

Now , One thing I am pretty sure of is one off the essential elements of being successful in any sort of business dealing that may take some form of Negotiation (Which most do, whether intended or not) is Understanding your opponent to some degree... For Obvious reasons..Or Maybe Not to some..

Next is attempting to set a tone which tilts the objective or/and the outcome in your favor, which is effectively obtaining the best possible deal for You are whomever you Represent!.. that Having been said, there is absolutely positively no way as a skilled businessman you could not gauge how the tone you were setting from the beginning,on this Forum in particular, had trouble written all over it, which, I guess is why a Lot of Folks are questioning your Legitimacy as a Businessman of any sort...

INSTANT RED FLAG By the way, Plus the "do not ask" part coming from a relative UNKNOWN on the forum would be viewed as excessive and uncalled for...Overkill !!... like a private giving Generals a command. Maybe the payment part should or could have been discussed at second level of negotiations.. one on one.. under the special circumstances, that being, you are well aware that this is GROSSLY Under bid for a project of this Magnitude and I think one on one if you were to tell said Programmer..

" Hey I respect what you Guys do and realize that what I am asking is worth far more than I am offering but I'm asking you to work with me here and I'll look forward to working on future projects in which I'm certain I can pay you a lot closer to your works worth"... or something to that effect...

You probably would have gotten better results..Which I'm guessing is the whole objective.

Your concern is duely noted, but I did not get bashed because of my business acumen, I get bashed because people have assumptions to make about people with no ground or basis.

I come in, I set the terms just like anyone looking to hire a freelancer, after all, I am the customer, you are the performer. If you agree to the terms, there is deal, if not, there is no deal.

Just think about it this way, if I shelf out inital payment, it puts me in a very disadvantageous position, I don't care if you an executive member not no, there is no actual recourse if you walk away and scam me, after all this is the internet. You may say the same thing about, that if the payment is made after delivery, which will put you in a very disadvantageous position, but if you I am posting and thinking from my position, which position would I rather be in. Hence I set forth the terms from the get go as bluntly as possible, and you will decide for yourself whether you want to do it.

cough cough? this is so cute, what is this, the third grade? How in the world do you know that I did not hire from upwork? that is right, you don't know, in fact I do hire from upwork for my niche every day. I put it here because I know people from upwork charge alot more for the same thing.
