Always try, only way to find out. But generally private proxies are best.

You can try but with dummy accs cuz shared lead to ban your acc, it's difficult with private Ipv4 nowadays...

Yes, this is what i'm afraid of. I've been using dedicated proxies just to avoid this mess.
If they ban me right from the start, really it doesn't matter. I could just make some more accounts. Not that hard.
But if they ban me midway..... maybe i'll cry
Hmm is it really that hard finding a working dedicated ipv4? I guess my luck haven't run out then lol.

I started with ipv4 shared proxies only about 4 months back. Din't had much knowledge about proxies or instagram either. I just knew that time we could have 3 accounts per proxy so I used 1 proxy for 2 accounts that time and about 80% of accounts used to survive then. Also it depends on which vendor you use for shared proxies, a bit on your fate if the other guys sharing proxies are using it for instagram, abusing it for instagram or not even using instagram.

Being a proxy seller, I can tell you that it was possible to use shared proxies for IG about 2 years ago. But now it's totally different. I do not see any way out.
Anyway, if you wanna try, please let me know. Maybe I can offer you some IP pool for a test?
