other than that, saying don't eat high carb items and work out regularly also interesting you say that, cause i can't see how i can work out if i the body doesn't have carbs to store energy for working out.
natural high fat can also mean pork fat

yes, fruits, vegetables are good ... but high carbs can also be good as among them are also fruits that are high carbs like banana, apples, avocado, etc
