Empty belly = angry...Full belly = tired

Just try eating more fruits, and vegetables. I used to never eat my greens, and so I had like hardly any iron which made me really lazy.

Need your iron for energy!

Thanks for that, pure inspirational film, I'm doing a 14 day reboot tomorrow.

I second this. Still watching but I am definitely going to do something like this. Maybe not totally juices only, but I am going to get started on a 30 day plan!

Another simple conceptual adjustment you can make is to stop "Eating to get full" and start "Eating to not be hungry"...seems like a small difference but its allowed me to lose a lot of weight and avoid that "overstuffed" feeling you mention.

I'm a fan of "5 Hour Energy", not sure if it is available everywhere but it is essentially liquid B vitamins for the most part... I'll drink one over the course of a day.

If you want a super rush you can drink the whole thing at once but I personally do not do that.

OP - cute kid in your avatar btw.

Fruit juice mix with vegetable juice 4 times a day helps me :)

Why thank you :)

I wouldn't start the reboot tomorrow. You need to stack up on the fiber first, just like recommended by...

Its the same guy that's in the documentary, and that's his own official channel. If you're serious about a reboot, I would check out some of his other video too.

Best of luck!

Yeah, its available on Amazon. Here.

Of course everyone needs to find what diet works for them, but personally I am partial to a Paleo/Primal diet.

Even if you change to eating protein and fat for breakfast with very little to no carbs.. your energy levels will sky rocket. Also, eating higher in fat and protein will keep you full for much longer and then there is no need to eat so many times a day. I know a lot of people are still freaked about fat, but if you look at the science then you'll see it was a load of shit. Our brains need fat to run optimally (they still need a little glucose, but not a lot)..

Like someone earlier mentioned.. cut out the sugar and grains (at least gluten) and you will be amazed at how much better your mind works and how much energy you have.

I can't post any links yet, but google "The Bullet Proof Exec" and "Marks Daily Apple". These sites have some amazing info that may help you out and may surprise you.

Stop eating grains, processed foods, high carb items and work out regularly. You will have a lot more energy and feel excellent.

Eat more vegetables, fruits, nuts, and natural high fat items.

Read the Primal Blueprint - http://www.amazon.com/Primal-Blueprint-Reprogram-effortless-boundless/dp/0982207700

nuts (like peanuts) are actually very high carbs :) ergo you've contradicted your self.
other than that, saying don't eat high carb items and work out regularly also interesting you say that, cause i can't see how i can work out if i the body doesn't have carbs to store energy for working out.

natural high fat can also mean pork fat :)

careful man what you're posting ... there's many people reading your stuf :)

also, stop eating grains .. :) interesting how doctor oz recommends eating this kind of stuff because (and not only) it helps on improving the energy levels and not gaining fat .. so who should i really trust :)

yes, fruits, vegetables are good ... but high carbs can also be good as among them are also fruits that are high carbs like banana, apples, avocado, etc

those interested in calories for fruits, veggies, food in general, here's few links i use myself:
1. food in general, anything (from fruits, to veggies, to pepsi, etc): www.caloriecount.about.com/ (cool stuff about this website is that it also tells if the product is healthy or not and how healthy)
2. fruits: www.weightlossforall.com/calories-fruit.htm
3. vegetables: www.lasting-weight-loss.com/calories-in-vegetables.html

1. Get the glands checked. Thyroid, I mean.:)
2. Are you having weight problems? Then definitely get a TFT done to rule out thyroid problems.

Another thing, are you not sufficiently motivated to do the work at hand? Is it too monotonous to such an extent that you want a change desperately? This is because, when the mind isn't so much interested in the work the body has to do it gets fatigued fast, and then it creates those peculiar digestive system symptoms.

Disclaimer: I may be 100% wrong or RIGHT... Always get a proper medical advice from a qualified doctor,... and don't be too dependent on what the first one tells you... he too can be terribly wrong in coming to a correct diagnosis, and so can be the next qualified one. lol ;)

Guys.... I have a problem too.

I like girls.... but the problem is when I have a GF>.. I get complacent and I put of work to spend time with my gal.

And when I dont have a gal, I some times get horny :(

True story...

What should I do?

This is where you guys come in.

I can not add 1+ 1 = 3 ... :(
Hmm... you do have a real problem at hands... definitely use those more often or get married to a working (not a wahm type) woman. It will divide your working days into work and pleasure most effectively.
:D

Surprisingly, many people become tired because they are dehydrated. It's hard to get enough liquids in every day. You need 50% of your body weight in ounces. In other words, if you weigh 128 lbs, then you must take in 64 ounces of liquids or about 8 glasses of something.

Protein, veggies and a couple of fruits should do it. Walk a bit outside everyday and nothing wrong with taking an afternoon nap. Pamper yourself because you work hard.

I should write a Webmaster cookbook.

Dude, you should check your blood sugar. It sounds like you could possibly have diabetes.

On another note, you know how the old saying goes:

"A full meal makes a slow mongoose".

It's better to eat more smaller meals, rather than few large meals.

Eat only when you are hungry and stop before you are full.
This is the secret to healthy living. :-) God willing.

I. What is important is a balanced diet consisting of a variety of foods
No single food contains all the ingredients of food especially not all the minerals and vitamins.

II. Always Eat breakfast
Breakfast rich in carbohydrates will provide you the energy to start the workday.

III. Do not skip the main meal
Arrange meals throughout the day in 3 major and 2 or more snacks.

IV. Watch what you eat between meals
If you feel hungry between meals instead of snacks, chocolates, cakes and biscuits, eat a sandwich, fresh or dried fruits or vegetables.

V. Eat a high carbohydrate (rice, cereals, potatoes, grain pasta or bread)
Carbohydrates are an important source of energy and at least 50% of daily energy that we take into our bodies through food should come from these foods.
Select foods from whole grain cereals that contain dietary fiber, minerals and vitamins.

VI. Eat vegetables and fruits
Fruits and vegetables are foods that contain large amounts of vitamins and minerals and dietary fiber. Eat a meal with every sort of fruit or vegetables.

VII. Drink enough milk and eat dairy products (yogurt, sour cream, cheese)
Dairy products are important because they contain calcium needed to build and preserve bone.

VIII. Meat, poultry, fish, eggs and pulses
Ensure an adequate intake of protein, iron and vitamins, which are important for growth and development of your body.

IX. Do not overdo it with grease
Choose lower fat foods. Although an important source of energy, increased intake of fat in the body can adversely affect health.

X. Look at the amount of sweets and sugary drinks to put into the body

XI. Moderate salt foods
Intake of large quantities of salt in our body increases the risk of some chronic diseases.

XII. Drink plenty of fluids (at least 5 glasses of water a day)
More than 50% of body weight is water.
Enter in your body enough fluids, especially at high ambient temperatures or with increased physical activity.

XIII. Physical Activity
In addition to a healthy diet for your health is important and daily physical activity. You regularly engage in some sports (football, swimming, etc.) and go to school on foot or by bike, taking the stairs instead of elevator you use, etc.

smoke a joint, eat, drink a coffee... get on.

In fairness i don't feel like starting any sort of work untill about 1am, i swear i was born in the wrong time zone.

Maybe if you eat a bunch of smaller meals throughout the day instead of a couple big ones that make you full.

Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Cut out processed foods, flours, pastas, etc. Eat natural starches such as rice, barley, quinoa, potatoes. No refined sugars. eat smaller amounts of lean meats.

Also try to do 30 minutes to an hour of physical activity per day. Go buy a cheap bike from Walmart or if you have more money like some of us do, get fitted for a nice Trek, Specialized or Cannondale Bicycle. the formentioned bikes have great warranty programs and buy from shops that give a damn about their customers.
