Embeding Youtube videos in Facebook

I have been trying today to share some videos from youtube to my facebook page, but everytime i share the video all i get is a stupid thumbnail that when clicked it opens the youtube video in another tab.
that is not what i want of course, i want the video to be played on facebook.

i tried to refresh my video link on facebook many times over but nothing changed.
So is there any special way to make this work? i did many searching on google, but nothing really worked which makes you guys my last hope, as you have always been!

NOTE: Since my internet is too slow, i don't have the luxury to download long videos in high quality and upload them directly to facebook!
