Email Scraping from Instagram + Mailing System Development

I’m looking for someone to create a complete system that will:

1. Scrape email addresses from Instagram profiles – based on the list of accounts I provide (e.g. profiles with a specific follower range or from a certain niche).
2. Extract only the public business emails that are visible in the contact section of Instagram profiles.
3. Automatically send customized email offers to these addresses using a proven format that lands in the primary inbox (not promotions or spam).

The email format I want to use is very specific:

• It should start with "Hi" or "Hey",
• Then include the Instagram username,
• And finally include my offer written in a natural, human-like way (I will provide the content template).

I have personally received similar emails before, and I know they can bypass spam filters – I want to replicate that system.


What I need from you:

• A working scraper that can handle batch processing of Instagram accounts to extract emails (preferably with the option to upload a list of usernames or URLs).
• A mailing system (or integration with something like Mailgun, Gmail API, or another trusted solution) that sends messages with a high inbox rate – not landing in spam or promotions.
• Optionally: Email warm-up or domain reputation advice to increase deliverability.
• Everything should be GDPR-safe or include disclaimers if needed (we can discuss this).

Optional Bonus:

• Simple dashboard or Google Sheet integration showing which accounts were scraped, which emails were contacted, open rate, etc.

A mailing system is possible. But coming to scrap with Instagram, many things are involved, and email gathering will be low compared to what you spend.
Instead, buy Instagram data.
