Email Marketing-Setup Email Server-onetime setup

Hello Everybody,

I need a simple mail server setup.

We need someone to help us setup SMTP server and integrating with any mailer with our existing domains and well configured with all authentications methods like dkim , domain key, spf, sender id, dmarc etc., and help with DNS, rdns, ptr for no errors to send cold emails. We need someone to integrate our 7-9 domains with this server to send emails. The server needs to be able to send 30-50k+ emails with a high success rate without any problems.

I know most of the mailers support most of the below mentioned but i still need an expert suggestion.

mailer + smtp server + ip rotation + subject line rotation with custom fields + multiple domain configuration + email template rotation + scheduling with hourly limit + upload contact list with csv/.txt format
