I received the links as delivered, and their values matched the stated expectations. However, there were inaccuracies with my site's URL in two of the link placements. I've reached out to them via Skype and BHW to address this issue but have yet to receive a response. Despite these communication challenges, I proceeded to place another order for the same and a different service, hoping for improvement. Unfortunately, the customer service has remained unsatisfactory. Quality service extends beyond just delivering good work; it also encompasses effective communication and customer care. Without responsiveness to customer inquiries, even the highest quality links lose their value. Regrettably, this experience has led me to decide that this will be my final order.
