E-Commerce SEO

Hey guys,

I'm going to be starting an E-Commerce store soon. I was wondering what platform is the best for SEO.

I want to use Shopify because it is the easiest to build the site, but I have a feeling it will making ranking harder, any advice is appreciated!

Shopify is fine as long as it's a single niche website. If it's a multi niche website, then you'd need better options on how to structure your website, which is one of the main advantages WP has over shopify. Siloing a multi niche website can be done on shopify, just a lot more awkward to implement & update compared to wp

Having this issue right now with a client, root + 2 subdomains for locations they service, WP Multi site would have been a dream relative to bigcommerce/shopify
