Hey guys,

i made a very basic woocommerce shop for trying out dropshipping without much investment.Niche is fashion/watches. The traffic is mostly from a friends site with over 200k unique visitors per month and i made just simple display ads.

Traffic is 98% german, men/women between 16-25 years old and i get everyday 100-120 unique visitors.
But i absolutely had no conversion. Even not a single one putting something in the cart.

I was thinking that maybe the visitors are not staying on the site because my site language is english? it cannot be about the prices because i have up to 90% sales and also provide some watches for free +shipping.

Would be glad to hear your opinion or maybe connect with some guys that already have some experience with dropshipping.

100 daily visitors is not much, so use that as a base and try to get that higher. Try G Translate plugin, I use it and it helps

Yes i know that 100 visitors arent much. I was just wondering why after a total of abotu 500 unique visitors i had no one putting even a product in the cart. I will install the gtranslate Plugin and just look how it goes. Maybe it just needs a bit more time :)

Indeed, there must be a little worry somewhere. Because on 500 visits no addition to the cart isn't normal. In summary, an average purchase conversion rate on a good website is 5%, add to cart I would say a little less than 10%.

My question is very simple, your traffic comes mainly from a website. But is this site in the same niche as what you propose? Because there it is essential to have a hot traffic!

I would look into your product pages and what type of products you are trying to sell to them.

If you friend has a site about "XXX" that gets 200k visitors, then you should sell whatever your friend's website is about.

Try your store on mobile, sometimes it might not be optimized for mobile.

Good Luck
