But the outgoing link count from those domains is much higher. It makes all the difference. It's just how the Ahrefs algorithm works.

if he hides DR has to be 0...coz Ahresf has no authority to crawl

can you please check that domain using semrush and see if you see any backlinks. semrush seems to be ignoring a lot more to those blocks that you put in your htaccess file
