They are lucky to be russians. Even if they weren't, in worst case they would get 5 - 10 years in the prison and have all the money waiting for them when the are released.
The judgement system is broken, check the latest law suits for most well known hackers. 15 years max after stealing millions of credit cards and stealing billions. Have to say, its a good investment unless you have morals.
In our legal system, you get your hand cut for stealing and much much more worse for destorying people life.

What exactly are those lawsuits suppose to do? those guys are russians and google would have to take them to court in RUSSIA which will never happen...
Granted they were pretty stupid actually using a public company to sell this shit.

I remember seeing their huge booth at AIBC Summit in Dubai. Crazy that they didn't give a f*ck and had reps like a normal business.

They sold their most expensive FB Ads Enterprise accounts to an ad agency based in Dubai (UAE) for US$2500 each !!! (insane price).
