Domain transfer to offshore host

Sorry, this is the wrong area to post but I am not allowed to post in the hosting category.

I have a streaming site and I am going to get offshore hosting. Should I create a domain with the host? or should I transfer the domain I already own? Thanks

doesn't really matter. depends how bad you're being. most cases domain registrar doesn't care. its only the hosting company you need to worry about.
quick story: one of my biz partners was doing same method as me. namecheap, our domain registrar, shut his account down , and left mine alone. probably because we were at competition with some other affiliate marketer and it was a reporting-war going on. who knows. we both moved to namesilo since then.
