Okay so to start off most methods I try fail. But I was thinking and came up with what if I sold Aliexpress items on Shopify and promoted the items on Pinterest? Does that sound like a win? Any Tips? Maybe I could add Oberlo to the mix?

You should use Pinterest as one of MANY social media networks you use for promotion.
