Does PayPal and Btc mix?

I have talked with someone and it seems he does not or has not made another PayPal account due to his current PayPal accounts being limited like he said.
We talked for about a good while and everything was going pretty good until the payment part of the matter.

Even though i have suggested him multiple times to find a way to un-limit his PayPal account's threw here talking with @secondeye as he seems highly suggested in fixing this problem, he decided not to take the advice and in the end, no final deal was struck.

He basically wants to get paid threw Btc which is very risky, especially for PayPal as i read it's against there TOS but i could be wrong on this.

In the end, it seemed like i was more serious than him in trying to strike a deal with his JV and at times doubted if this was legit since paying him threw Btc, the payments would not be traced on his end and if i where to get screwed over, then op could simply just look elsewhere for another person to jv with once i'd payed him all his profit share.

So to get to my point, is it valid that paying this person with Btc threw PayPal even possible or legit?

I used to take btc payments from an employer without problems. You just need to find a way to buy btc and then just send him, if that's viable for you. Some people would rather use cryptocurrencies than deal with the paypal hassle.

Yes i think there should be a way but i'm just afraid of encountering problems with PayPal if they ever where to find out. I also agree that PayPal can be a pain but luckily for me i have not encountered any problems yet with them, just with eBay so far.

Yes i currently have a working PayPal, damn i might need to research this on google then.
