Having the main keyword on money sites and adding authority links to the article (external OBL) are basic practices. I wouldn’t call adding authority to a money site a parasite site, as a parasite site has its own definition. But you do a para/buffer site as T1 with free PA/DA links—that’s kind of like parasite sites. However, it’s more like buffering SEO, as a parasite site is mostly built solely on para and there shouldn’t necessarily be a money site. Anyway, we’re both doing something similar, except I don’t build a single link manually, including to paras, because I own more than 300 domains at the moment, with at least 200 domains actively building backlinks with different tools. So, I’m more of an automation guy (don’t call me lazy that’s nearly impossible to build backlinks for such a network, and I hate outsourcing as it’s never worked for me).

Constant link building is the key. Since you build your buffers manually, it’s a great foundation, as it will last longer. The biggest challenge is that we should make our T1s (buffers) last longer, or all the tiered links we’re building will go to waste. So, it’s the right move. Cheers with your projects, mate!
