Hey, is it OK to have a couple of adsens$ websites all linked to the same G analytics and webmaster tools? Do you guys use them?

Minimize such, as much as you can, especially if you are using all of them really often. You might end up having your account being declared as a spammer.

For ordinary webmasters with few websites it would be great working under the same console, my self do that too.
However, if you use several black hat or any automation or frequently got reported excessive link i'm not sure is it a wise decision to include everything on one account or not, some people might try to avoid that i think.
But in contrary using several google account on a computer can be frustration for me, so i keep it simple and monitor all the site under one console, however i never spam or use any automation.

If you work 100% white hat you will be fine. But as a poster earlier mentioned if you only have one site violation some G policy you would be screwed so better dont have them all in one account.

It is not a problem. You can use 100 sites in Google Analytics and many sites in webmaster. You can use analytics in any types of sites. It can be Adsense or not Adsense. But you must have to follow their policy. Like, you can't add analytics to any pornography or gambling sites. There is few more. But It is okay if you follow their rules. You won't have any problem with that.
