Does instagram ban whitehat content locking?

Hey everyone, I was thinking about content locking a free fitness guide, will instagram allow this? I was going to have a landing page too. I know I could probably have it up for awhile without getting banned but wasnt sure if IG would eventually ban me.

I obviously can't confirm this, but I'm pretty sure Instagram bans any type of content. I remember getting banned once for putting a facebook.com/instagram.com link on my profile.
