Not as it was used to help in the past before the latest coppa update, videos barely get into recommended even with a huge video-seo and social signals + embeds. Was used to put 2k HR views and receive 3k organic views because of the high retention ones. Now it’s like put on there 2k HR views and you’ll get 500 instead of 3k.
Actually doesn’t worth the investment

Click through rate and watch time and views engagement. Also where the views come from. Youtune would prefer usa views rather than Russia or brazil.

Based on my own experience, I believe that HR remains significant.
