Does Google plus affect SEO in any way?

Hi, I found a plus jacker WP plugin (+1) while serching on google, and I was wondering, how would it benefit SEO, also I want to know if anyone has any experience using G+.

Google+ is nothing but a social media platform by google. However; it helps you to give a Brand to your site in the eye of Google. All i can say is that it give you advantage in competition; but does not have much effect on SEO.
 
Thats what I thought, have you used it your self? how good is it in terms of traffic, I've seen a lot of arabs and indians using G+ which in most cases is not the best kind of traffic

You can try it by installing and if you get good results then please let us know as well. but if there is any inorganic traffic then google crawler will catch it and downgrade your site ranking.
 
I think it has minor to no SEO value (yet). We'll see what happens with social media and SEO in the years to come.
 
All social media platforms do give some kind of help one way or other, how much well you got to test it out. My test says FB pages do well when it is a tech site you are working on.

Yes I have tried Google+ and the results were Okay! My advise; if anyone want to invest his/her time on social media promotion the it should be invested on Facebook than on G+. Both the traffic quality and quantity is much better there!

That's not true all the time, in some industries G+ traffic is the best you can get.
 
Yeah I've seen alot of thats stuff going on there, but I'm into pr0n marketing, donno if you know anything about that niche

I know you can get very good traffic from FB, but since I work in adult and FB is such a moral fag, I got my stuff deleted all the time, so I decided to quit. To much work for keeping my stuff running (even though I was only posting bikini girls, my shit was deleted), so I'm starting to exeriment very slowly with G+

It helps you develop a brand with people that might be able to help your SEO.

How?

Authorities in your niche might link to you.

It doesn't happen overnight though.

You have to reach out using Google +and you have to post material they'd like.
 
Nah it's just a myth unless you have large following on that g+ account, no follow links no good might look good but no real value.

I've read an infographic and said that G+ is also a plus factor for google. But I believe it's just google's way for people to use their social media platform.
