Does anybody know software for amazon or can it be created?

Hi,
Does anybody know software for amazon which can do the following tasks:
- check the price of specific products at least every 3-4 hours, then creates a price alert when the price for any of the products goes UP not down! I know there are websites where you can sign up but they alert you when the price goes down... The software should be able to create email notofication and send it about the specific product which has price increase or goes out of stock.
- should be able to handle at least 1000 products
- should be able to work independently on .uk .com .ca amazons
- should have proxy feature (work through assigned proxies/proxie list for specific amazon sites)

Is there such a software?

Is it possible or difficult to create it with ZenoPoster to run it on VPS?

How much would it cost to get it created roughly?

should be easy to build with the amazon product advertising API, but you need an API account obviously.
you also don't need proxies, the limit is afaik 2000 request per hour and i think you can put 10 asins in an itemlookup request, so 20.000 products per hour.

What is "afaik" and "asins"?

afaik = as far as i know
asin = Amazon Standard Identification Number, unique id for every amazon product

you probably need a website or something, they are going to review it

but of course you could do it also without the api and parse the amazon product pages...
