Does Adsterra Really Pay?

I’ve been using Adsterra for a while now and have legitimate traffic with no suspicious activities. I added PayPal as my payment method through Hyperwallet. My PayPal account is active, verified, has a good transaction history, and is in good standing.

However, when I tried to withdraw, I was told that the payment couldn’t be processed because of this reason: “Payment cannot be processed without a valid bank account.” This doesn’t make any sense to me since everything on my end is properly set up.

To avoid further issues, I switched my payment method to INXY Payments (TETHER TRC20/ERC20) with a $100.00 withdrawal threshold. I’ve now filled in a TRC20 wallet address, and there are no errors or problems indicated with this setup.

Still, I can’t help but wonder—are they trying to scam me? Especially considering that my traffic is 100% legitimate.

To make things worse, their support chat seems to be entirely AI-based, with no real human interaction to assist with resolving these issues.

Has anyone else experienced similar problems with Adsterra? Do they actually pay, or is this just a way to avoid payouts?

Let me know your thoughts or experiences.

There are lots of bad reviews about Adsterra, I'd take a look at their alternatives

I never get paid from them.

Adsterra do pay but their rates are poor. Try to seek out other alternatives for monetization. Use adsterra as one of the last option.
Even Monetag pays better than them. However Monetag scrubs off a lot of traffic. About 60% of traffic sent are usually scrub off and not paid due to various quality issues.

Adsterra is more lenient in terms of traffic quality but the rates that they pay are terrible since they are paying via CPM model.

If you have organic traffic source, try to use lesser known platform like Hilltopads (I am not suggesting that you use this I am quoting example so as to value add to this post). Where you can get better rates.

For paid traffic sources, try to go for display ad monetization where you get paid by CPC. I find that this model pays better than CPM especially if your traffic quality is good.

Personally I like CPM model only if I am blasting a tons of traffic from spamming, classified ads, groups, etc.

Based on its reviews, you should proceed with caution. AdsTerra does not have a good reputation

There are mixed reviews about them on internet. May be they are punishing webmasters using tricks.

I have a bad experience with adsterra.
Very very bad.

Thousands of impressions and clicks for a minimal payout... stay away.

I tryied clicking 10 times my banner/popup/link with 10 different devices and Adsterra count 0. Very bad.
