Does a Youtube view bot even exist?

Hi all first post here,
been scouring the site for a while looking for a bot that will open youtube videos and wait out the ads then switch proxies and watch the same video again, but this time from a different IP, and continue to repeat this process over and over hopefully in multiple browsers.
obviously all in an effort to boost video views and revenue.

I've seen few bots and yes they exist.
But there is a issue with it
Too be frank, none of them lasted for me.
The views got increased and after a while 30-45 days approximately, either those views get dropped or video got deleted.
I got a harsh experience with bots and after that, I'm not getting HR views only.
It last for long.
