I bought 10 high PR TUMBLR accounts and inserted naked URLs to my money site...but the backlinks are not showing up in backlink checkers (ahrefs.com & Seo Majestic, etc.) .

Do TUMBLR Backlinks still work???

OP it does work like other web 2.0s, Now a days links are taking time to get index. You need to wait or you can blast your tumblrs with backlinks for faster indexing.

Tumbler is good source for get traffic.you can also use it for video sharing,, blogging, image sharing, bookmarking etc.apart form this you have to use some other sites like Reddit, scoop for more back links.

But Tumblr DA 99 and PA 97. why backlink not consider ?

DA means nothing, a sub domain is a completely new domain in Googles eyes. The PA is also useless, Moz gives every tumblr at least 27 PA for some reason.

I just build new web 2.0s or get links from a web 2.0 network. Not worth spending the time finding tumblrs then registering them and having them banned. Plus they changed the url to a meta refresh.

Not worth the time. Build a PBN.

Well I think you are wrong :).

As expired domains, expired tumblrs has to be filtered by Refering Domains and history. A backlink from a Tumblr that has good backlink profile and a clean history can be more powerful than a domain . Also people don't really know how to properly build web 2.0s(adding relevant images, schedule the post, following some users @100 in your niche+ social signals)

Don't give people wrong info :)

I know this, I never said tumblr links are useless or bad just not worth the time. You have to deal with them being deleted even if you use good ips and all that good stuff. The links are meta refresh links so you dont get 100% of the link juice. Plus finding good tumblrs takes a lot of time unless you buy them from others which will cost money.

Why go through all this when you can build a PBN that will blow any tumblr network out of the water?

All in all I dont use tumblrs because they aren't efficient enough in my eyes. Normal web 2.0s get the job done just fine. If you build a little web 2.0 network that will do just fine if not better than expired tumblrs.

Also please let me know where I gave "wrong info" :)

tumblrs aren't as effective as they used to be and Moz PA is flawed often times.

Well this is the wrong info, comparing a PBN with Tumblr network. Building a PBN takes a lot more time and resources, if you want to do it properly.
With 75$ I built a tumblr network with average 50 RD and DA 38, with this money you can't even restore a good expired domain

Yup a PBN takes more time and you will benefit from it much more.

Just save all the web 2.0s you buy and keep them as your web 2.0 network. You will do just fine, going out of the way to find just tumblrs that have a few links is not worth the extra time in my opinion.

Also, i personally spoke to the ahrefs staff and they stopped showing/crawling many common web 2.0 sites such as twitter, wordpress and etc which is why they have not shown up.

But you should be checking in web master tools not ahrefs to see which backlinks have been registered to your domain.

Pay no heed to Moz metrics, Majestic is the way to go. Web 2.0's work fine, indexing can be slower and also keeping them from being deleted is a challenge if all you're doing is spamming links to your money site.

an expired tumble subdomain ist exactly the same sa a expired domain you buy for a pbn.
if you use moz which give them all pa27 than ist a mistake of moz ..... use some which works ... majestics.

tumbes is worth the time and costs no money to run ...... if you find good domains its a very good way of back linking.

please check this link

@moneyflower explains where you need to put the link

when I followed his direction, my tumblr link showed up in majestic and google webmaster tools; not in ahref and not in moz.

hope this helps.
