hmm i have tried at fiverr creating a article writing gig but there is big competition there . Some freelancer are writing 2 articles of 500 word each at basic gig cost, Even i have found some offer (3X400 word article) at just 5.50$

If you can provide quality service then why not create a service in the marketplace? It's a place that focuses more on quality instead of quantity.
 
there are hardly any $1/hour workers because people pay them more... if no 1 would pay them more than they would still work for $1/hour. I know that's a slave wage, but.. sometimes when you are just starting out you don't have even that $1/hour to pay someone.. Honestly I couldn't afford to pay anyone more than $3/hour because than I would do the job myself since I can do it faster/better myself and I could ''earn'' those $20 per day myself.
 
My original VA was $1/hour. But we have worked together for 2 years. His English is better, his Skills are fine tuned, and quite frankly I pay him whatever he asks. Its always a good deal in the end.
 
yes you can get people for $1/Hr from India.But the thing is that once a better opportunity comes up they just leave you ..so its not exactly reliable.

I'm sure he did. Who wouldn't respect an employer who pays less than $1/hour, and expects free hours too.

You're not running a real business if you can't afford to pay your workers properly.

I understand the need to have someone work for you for less money especially if you are starting up and money is tight. But there is a big difference between paying them low and paying them shit.

Also the next sentence is kinda weird and I can see complex of inferiority and having a someone work for you is making you "the boss" and how he should be grateful for the job:

You are paying him $1 and on top on that he is doing free extra work for you! ...WTF man. Did you respected him back and increase his pay? ...I don't think so as you don't even precise them as humans.

I think lot of you guys looking for $1 VA are just brook asses that want to feel like they have something going on, like someone working for you to make you feel like you are a big shot.

I personally don't use VA and probably won't until I can do everything I will and the they when I will need a assistance it will be a day when I will hire someone to work for me with benefits and stuff.

I know many people who would be more than happy to work for $1 an hour. It is better to get paid $1 an hour than be unemployed.

If you need someone for simple tasks like account creations, let me know.
 
I am in similar situation ,warner410 .
If u need people for 1$/h ,i can provide few people,giving them office enviroment. Not that it would include complex tasks,but creating accounts is easy.Tasks that wouldnt require fluent english are doable.
