DMCA Accused HELP ME!

Hey guys! I have posted already about this last month and today the owner of the website, which in fact my competitor, emailed me again and accused me of copying his content. Here are the screenshots:

I have contacted namecheap and they said that there are no reports against my website. I think this guy is just scarying me because I am beating him on SERPS already. Do you think that I am violation the DMCA?

First of all keep backup of your site.
Contact local lawyer.
Then if you affraid for something move to an DMCA ignored host.

I can sense the tears behind the email, I kind of feel bad for him lol but that's the name of the game in BlackHat IM. Honestly if I were you, because he asked nicely I would probably remove it.

But if you want to hold your ground, transfer your hosting to DMCA ignored for starters. Secondly, it sounds like you're using Adsense? Yeah, I would start looking at some alternative ways to monetize the site for now incase he really does follow through with his threat.

I'd say good luck but I'm not really sure lol.

He always accuse me many times but nothing happened lol. I think google is rejecting his claims that is why he is contacting my hosting.

I think he's just scaring you or being a douche. And in my opinion your text is way different to his there's no way his case will hold up anywhere as your text differs enough to not be considered a copy. I agree with SEOscrapy, he's not worth your time. I've gotten a tonne of DMCA, I just ignore it all. I use Namecheap and they don't seem to care much either.

You should change the hosting service, look for alternatives to Adsense, they are so picky.
But there enough difference in the text to stay ok.
But you could use GTP-3 to help out and stop having this type of problem.
Check text generation in the forum you will be amazed or try Shortly - The AI writing assistant no need to copy text like that.

I will never change hosting because I am positive that I didn't copy his article. Also, I am planning to move on Ezoic soon. This guy is dumb and scaring me. I have outplayed him and now he is trying to turn the cards on me. Business is business no personals and he is taking it too personal. What a monkey.

If that was my site, I would be pissed off, this literally looks like you re-wrote his paragraph. Which isn't the same as understanding his paragraph and creating your own from that knowledge.
