i tried it for wordpress 3 slef hosting, its very good, but my fear is that for the long term relation it will force me to use it and i cannot go back and get my comments if they for example, force to pay them... what you think? what is your expirience? and, there is alternatives?

Disqus is horrible and within a month you will have a spammer frenzy on your site.
