Disavowing affiliate domains

Who know?
a website is getting affiliate traffic from adult sites, these are NOT href links but links from scripts/popups/iframes.
It's still quite safe to say that it hurts the rankings (the website is legit and non adult related).
will disavowing these affiliate domains could help?

i think it has no influence on the ranking.
influence has what they are doing on your page and how long they stay there....
