Here are all the things that are wrong with your post.
Negative SEO doesn't fucking work. The links just get devalued; they don't cause the site to get penalized.
Also, disavowing lynx is not a fucking thing. The disa valve tool just gives Google data to train their anti-spam algorithm.

That's pretty much rubbish to be honest first less than 10% of people on here run smm panel's secondly most people who buy YouTube dislikes buy them for there won videos it's to make it look more natural for example you buy 75000 likes for your video but don't have a single dislike that looks fake as fuck so you buy a couple of hundred dislikes to make the stats look realistic

For starters do not say that 90% of the community here are criminals... that is insulting the members and not allowed.
In that you are probably not in the game but buying likes almost requires that you buy dislikes to your stuff or it looks unnatural and can be an issue.
I'd go into depth but I'm really not feeling very well but I am sure someone will come along and extrapolate on my thoughts and be able to help you understand why selling dislikes makes a ton of sense to those of us that buy likes lest we lost our edge with the likes we purchase.
