Different IP and Different rDNS for SEO

I started talking to HostRocket people and they told me that I can accomplish my SEO campaign; meaning, having each one of my blogs with different IPs and different rDNS with a dedicated server.

I was wondering if anybody can tell me if this is possible or not (I don't have that much of knowledge about this subject)

I'm sure their are many ways to do it... I know hostgator offers it from it's parent company... seohosting.com
