well to be frank you did a lot of dumb shit.most will disagree and say that seohosting is fine but if you want a legit network then you wont use seohosting.cheap shared hosting offers much more diversity and prevents from having all your eggs in one basket. you may be SOL, but it does sound like you have a penalty. maybe in the future myadvice can help. but again, no SEO HOSTING. thats just making it obvious what your goals are with those websites.
