We are currently working on an instagram bot that can like pictures in the following way:
We will provide the bot a list of users and it will go and like the pictures of the followers of these users in the most effective way possible. More will be discussed upon hiring of the developer.
We tried to make this bot but we got faced with like blocks (temporary) even though the likes were performed at a very low rate: "1 like per hour". I feel like there is something wrong with the coding and if someone else has experience and knows that they can make it work, let us know.
Please don't experiment with this job if you feel that this isn't possible. We are aware of the new restrictions of actions on Instagram and that 4g mobile proxies are the only ones that work. However, we haven't tried those yet.
