About the Project:
A large-scale, international blockchain event is seeking a Design & Storytelling Lead to define and execute its creative direction. The event brings together leaders in DeFi, TradFi, and institutional blockchain innovation to explore the current digital finance landscape.

Role Overview:
You’ll be responsible for creating a cohesive visual and narrative identity that captures the credibility and innovation of the Web3 ecosystem. Working closely with the core team, you’ll guide the event’s design language — from brand to stage to social — ensuring every touchpoint feels visionary and trustworthy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the event’s visual identity system (logo, color palette, typography, tone)
  • Create and manage design assets across digital, print, and motion
  • Build the brand storytelling framework that communicates the event’s vision and audience relevance
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and production teams to ensure design consistency
  • Contribute creative input to stage, spatial, and digital experience design

Ideal Profile:
  • Proven experience in brand design, creative direction, or storytelling for tech/Web3/fintech brands
  • Excellent command of visual systems and narrative development
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools
  • Awareness of Web3 ecosystems, communities, and cultural nuances
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Type: Full time role preferred
Duration: TBD
Location: Remote (with potential on-site participation during event)
